Do I need to provide photos?
Good photos help most, and we'll tell you which ones work best. If you don't have a set ready, we can start from the photos on your Facebook or Instagram page, with your permission. You can swap them for professional photos at any time.
How long does it take?
Your free preview usually comes within a few business days. Once you send your changes, finishing the site takes about one to two weeks of work. Your quote gives the exact timeline, and your own review time comes on top of it.
Do we need to get on a call?
No. The preview, your changes, the approval and the payment link all happen by email, at your own pace. Weekends and wedding season are busy for you, so you reply when it suits you.
What if I don't like it?
Then you pay nothing. There is no deposit, and you only pay once the site is finished and you're happy with it. If you decide not to go ahead, we simply don't publish it.
Can I edit it myself later?
For the first 2 months after launch, we make your changes for free: new dates, new photos, new prices. After that, we can make changes on a small quote, or set things up so you can update simple content yourself. Just ask.
Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain and hosting are in your name, and once the site is paid, the site and its content belong to you. You can move it to another host or another designer whenever you like.
What happens after the first year?
We cover the first year of hosting. After that, you pay the hosting and domain directly to the provider, and your quote states the amount before you sign. You never pay us a subscription.
Will couples find my venue through ChatGPT and other AI assistants?
Nobody can promise what an AI assistant will say, and we never will. What we can do is give your venue its best chance: your capacity, location, spaces and packages written in plain text, clear page structure and the technical labels search engines and AI tools read. Many venue sites hide this information in images or PDFs, where AI tools can't read it.
Do you use AI?
Yes, behind the scenes, to work faster and to make your site easy for AI assistants like ChatGPT to read. A person designs your site, reads every word and tests every page before you see it. AI never writes to you and never publishes anything on its own.
